Special Holiday Weekend Firelight Dinner

Experience a romantic bistro-style dinner by firelight under a blanket of stars at the El Capitan Canyon Creekside Patio.
Entrée choices include: Braised boneless beef short rib with beef reduction OR Salmon Filet OR Chile Rellenos. Accompanied by fresh mixed grilled vegetables, bistro mashed potatoes and your choice of Spring mix or Caesar salad in a parmesan bowl.
Dessert: Your choice of Coconut or Pineapple Sorbet.
This special meal also includes a complimentary bread basket and ice tea.
We are proud to offer a wide variety of award winning local wines to accompany your meal. Please feel free to browse our wine selection or ask your server for assistance.

Romantic Retreat Package
Stay two nights in one of our signature cabins nestled alongside our seasonal creek. Our Deluxe King Cabin provides a king size bed, large soaking bathtub with room for two, and a cozy gas fireplace inside your cabin. Outside, enjoy the blanket of stars overhead while snuggled up together under a complimentary Canyon logo keepsake blanket by the campfire. This very special package also includes a romantic bottle of Queen of Hearts wine, 2 Canyon logo wine glasses, a box of handmade French truffles, and a rose scented candle.
When booking your reservation you will also have the option to upgrade your package with a visit to our Canyon Spa. We offer single or side by side couples massage as well as a menu of indulgent add-ons. Whether celebrating a new union, an anniversary, or just because, this romantic getaway is an experience you will both remember and cherish always.

Fireside Dinner Package
Escape for one night to the great outdoors and enjoy a fireside dinner under the stars! The evening of your arrival, we will deliver a Barbeque Kit from our Canyon Market and Deli. All of the ingredients you need to cook your delicious fireside dinner will be delivered to your doorstep along with one of our famous Canyon S’mores Kits for dessert.
